8/7- 2 miles (7:14 pace) 14:28
8/10- 10 miles (8:55 pace) - 1 hr, 29 min
Weekly Miles- 23.2

Week 3
8/13 - 10 miles (9:18 pace) --
8/14 - 4.2 miles (9:35 pace) --
8/15- 8 miles (8:45 pace)--
8/17-  26.2 miles (9:04 pace) - 3:57*
