Today's Workout: 5K and a Casual Jog Back (5 miles)

Felt good today and wanted to get the speed up a bit so I decided thrown in little higher intensity 5k then what I have been doing. Could have picked it up the last mile, but felt great to maintain the pace for an entire 5k as I will be running the Percy Sutton Harlem 5K on Saturday. Would love a sub-25 minute for that, but I always have difficulty starting off with so many people to run around in the start.

Jogged back a little over 1.5 at a decent pace to finish the day right around 5 miles.
